Gladman on behalf of the landowner, secured outline planning consent for 120 dwellings (including the delivery of 45% on site affordable housing) with associated on-site landscaping enhancements at our site in Partridge Green.
The deal faced a number of challenges on it’s journey. Aside from general market conditions, situations arose that resulted in re-negotiations. In addition, there were a number of technical and environmental challenges to overcome. Thank you to the project team at Gladman for the delivery of the planning consent and their support provided during the disposal period. Thank you to Stuart Carvel, Neil Williams, Clare Holmes, Jody Phillips, Tom Johnson, David Hough and Phil Mussell.
We would like to give a big thanks all those who have been involved in the project which has culminated in an excellent deal for Gladman and the landowner, whom has been incredibly patient.
