Working alongside a carefully selected network of consultants, our expert team partners with landowners and their representatives to secure the most deliverable planning permission in the shortest possible time. Once planning is secured we maximise land value through a competitive tender process with an agreed shortlist of housebuilders.
Our in-house team is the cornerstone of our success and are experts in their own field. With over 500 years of combined professional experience across planning and development, we bring deep expertise and a strong network spanning central government, local authorities, professional consultants and major housebuilders. Headquartered in Congleton, Cheshire our team are dedicated to delivering the best outcomes for our landowner clients.
Our strength lies in our integrated approach – bringing together land, planning, and legal expertise to manage every stage of the process. Working collaboratively, we ensure opportunities are identified early, risks are managed effectively, and value is maximised from initial promotion through to final land sale.
In 2022 we joined the Barratt Group providing greater financial strength and flexibility in how we work with our landowners.
