Gladman is pleased to announce that Ribble Valley Borough Council’s Planning and Development Committee has resolved to grant outline planning permission for our application for up to 115 dwellings, including 30% affordable housing, on Land off Henthorn Road, Clitheroe.
Gladman worked collaboratively with statutory consultees and the case officer during the determination process to allow the application to be reported to committee with an officer recommendation for approval. The proposals will deliver a range of economic, social and environmental benefits for Clitheroe and the borough more widely.
Gladman would like to congratulate our landowners and thank the consultant team involved, the Gladman project team, comprising Christien Lee, Finley White, Robert Devon, Anthony Etchells and Emma Tutton, and everyone else who has contributed to the successful promotion of the site.
This is our first committee win of our new financial year and brings us to 5 wins total since July.
