Persistence really does pay off!
Planning permission was secured at appeal at the end of February this year on our site in Chalgrove. Just a few months later, the site had been marketed, offers were then received in June, with Heads of Terms agreed by the end of July and contracts exchanged at the end of September. A brilliant team effort and collaborative approach throughout the transaction.
It’s been a joy to see the hard work and determination of everyone involved come together to achieve such a positive result. From navigating the planning process through to agreeing the final deal, the team remained focused on securing the best possible outcome. It’s a great example of the value of staying committed, working collaboratively and continuing to push forward, even when the journey isn’t always straightforward. It’s outcomes like this that remind us why taking a long-term, dedicated approach to land promotion really matters.
