The team have secured planning permission at Hoo St Werburgh in Medway, Kent for 240 homes by way of Appeal.
The Council decided not to contest the appeal, but the case was defended by an active local opposition group. The Inspector found an acute shortfall in housing land supply (at least 4,600 homes) and applied the tilted balancing in allowing the appeal.
