I have worked at Gladman for 5 years, following graduation from university. During my time, so far at Gladman, I have been working in the land team to build my knowledge on land promotion and the key skills required in this role. Within the team I assist across the North East region, to help identify new opportunities and build networks with local landowners and agents.
The North East is a highly varied region, offering a broad range of opportunities. Our team’s experience and strong understanding of the area means we are well placed to continue expanding our presence across the region.
Extending from the northern edge of North Yorkshire all the way up to Northumberland and the Scottish borders, the region covers a vast geographical area, positioning us with a broad range of development opportunities.
Within the North East we have successfully secured 4 planning permissions, including one of our largest successes. Our site in Darlington has planning permission for 985 homes.
