I joined Gladman in July 2025, focusing on strategic land acquisitions within the Eastern Region. Previously, I have worked for two national house builders operating across the same area, tasked with acquiring strategic land opportunities while working closely with landowner partners to achieve a positive outcome.
The Eastern region at Gladman extends from Peterborough, south to the M25 boundary of London and Essex and stretches west to east from Milton Keynes through to the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline.
Across the region we have seen extensive success since we began our strategic land journey in 2013. We have achieved 59 permissions of which 52 sites have been sold to a wide portfolio of house builders.
We pride ourselves on our strong network, and relationships with land agents and landowners across the region, to work in collaboration with all parties to achieve the best outcome.
