I have worked at Gladman for 10 and a half years. Living in Leicestershire, I primarily cover the East Midlands and have secured land opportunities across the region from small, village sites of 50 plots to large, new settlement opportunities of 3,000+ plots. Every site is different and I enjoy working with landowners and their Agents to ensure their land is dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
Expanding from Lincolnshire down to Northamptonshire, and across to Derbyshire, the East Midlands benefits from a wide variety of opportunities in a central location.
To date, we have been successful in achieving 34 planning permissions across the region, and have worked with a number of national housebuilders in the process, reflecting the strong demand and interest.
Through our continued presence, we have built strong relationships with local authorities and land agents, and we remain focused on strengthening these connections whilst also identifying new opportunities across the region.
