Gladman is pleased to announce that Cheshire East Council’s Strategic Planning Board resolved to grant outline planning permission for our application for up to 180 dwellings, including 30% affordable housing, on Land off Bradwall Road, Sandbach.
Gladman worked collaboratively with the Council during pre-application discussions to develop the proposals for the site and with statutory consultees and the case officer during the determination process. As a result, the application was reported to the Council’s Strategic Planning Board with an officer recommendation for approval. The proposals will deliver a range of economic, social and environmental benefits for Sandbach and the borough more widely.
