I have worked at Gladman for 5 years. I started my career as a planning consultant, working in London achieving my Masters and RTPI accreditation, then joined the land team for a large housebuilder in 2011 as a land manager. I work closely with landowners and agents to promote their land and have worked in the industry for nearly 20 years.
Our West Midlands region is a truly diverse and dynamic patch, ranging from the remote countryside along the border with Mid Wales, to the vast and urban wider Birmingham conurbation. Since 2013, Gladman have achieved planning permission on 21 sites in the West Midlands, with 16 having been sold to a mix of house builders. Our team works thoroughly across this varied landscape to deliver development that reflects the character and needs of each local area, and we always look forward to the next opportunity.
