I have worked at Gladman coming up to 11 years and have grown within the team, starting as a Graduate Researcher in 2015. Since late 2016, I have been working in the land team, learning my craft from the expertise within the team. My key focus has been working with landowners and their advisors, to identify the next jigsaw piece in the said town or village.
The South West is one of the largest regions within Gladman, with a large variance of local geographies and market. The region ranges from Gloucestershire in the north, Dorset to the east and extends to the most southerly point in the country in the county of Cornwall. Since our strategic land inception in 2013, we have achieved planning permission on 41 sites in the South West, with 32 of those having been sold to a wide variety of house builders, both SMEs and PLCs. Through our dedicated time spent within the region over the past 13 years, we have built strong relationships with the key land agents within the region and we remain focused on strengthening these connections to continue to grow our presence within the region over the coming years.
