Working alongside Ceres Property we are delighted to announce that we have completed the sale of land off Langford Road, Langford, Bedfordshire to Bloor Homes.
Gladman were successful in securing planning consent, via appeal, for a scheme of 170 dwellings including 30% affordable homes, extensive landscaping and community allotments on behalf of the landowners.
