We are delighted to announce the promotions of Jennifer Warburton and Diana Richardson, to joint Managing Directors for Gladman, with immediate effect.
Jennifer joined Gladman as Finance Director in 2016 and was promoted to Operations Director in 2025. Her progression reflects her experience, commitment, and the significant contribution she has made to the business over a number of years.
Diana joined the business in 2014, as a Planner and has held several senior planning roles, including Senior Planning Director, before being Promoted to Head of Planning in 2020. Her progression reflects her depth of experience and the valuable contribution she has made to Gladman.
