I am a Senior Land Director at Gladman and have been with the business for over 20 years. Throughout that time, I have built a reputation for developing strong, long-lasting relationships with landowners and their professional advisers. I feel my collaborative approach, combined with extensive experience in land promotion, has enabled me to successfully guide sites through various aspects of the land promotion process and maximise value for many landowners across the country.
I take pride in understanding the unique objectives of each landowner and satisfaction in assisting a positive outcome and unlocking the long-term potential of their land. Having worked nationally throughout my career, I have particular expertise in the North West and Yorkshire regions, I am also a member of the Gladman Leadership Team and take an active role in assisting with the direction of the Land Acquisition Team and business development.
The North West is a rapidly evolving region within the planning industry, and is also the founding region and home of Gladman Developments. Extending from Cheshire to Cumbria, the region covers a diverse range of characteristics, with each site presenting its own opportunities, making every project unique.
Supported by several key cities, the region benefits from strong transport connectivity. With National Planning Policy increasing the focus on sustainable development and locations with strong transport links, the prospects for development within the North West are being reinforced.
Given our long-standing presence and local expertise, to date, we have successfully secured planning permission on 36 sites across the region.
