Gladman Developments has confirmed that its planning permissions have now secured in excess of £350 million in community infrastructure contributions through Section 106 agreements and the Community Infrastructure Levy.
These contributions fund a wide range of community benefits including new and expanded school places, healthcare facilities, highways and transport improvements, public open space, sports and recreation facilities, and environmental enhancements. Each development is tailored to local needs, with contributions negotiated in consultation with councils and statutory consultees.
In addition to financial contributions, Gladman’s developments have delivered more than 10,000 affordable housing plots over the past decade, helping local authorities meet their obligations to provide homes for those unable to access the open market.
