I have worked at Gladman for 5 years. I started my career as a planning consultant, working in London achieving my Masters and RTPI accreditation, then joined the land team for a large housebuilder in 2011 as a land manager. I work closely with landowners and agents to promote their land and have worked in the industry for nearly 20 years.
Our Scottish region has been incredibly successful since the beginning. Since our regional office for Scotland closed post-covid, management of the region has been from our head quarters in Congleton, where we are continuing to grow our Scottish portfolio.
Some of our most successful land sales have been within the region, with our highest value site being within Scotland until very recently.
We are keen to continue the regional success with new projects.
