This 22 acre greenfield site is on the western edge of Sawtry. Planning consent for 190 dwellings was granted on appeal in Summer 2009, having successfully argued that development would conform to the Council’s plans for future growth and would not harm implementation of the wider planning strategy.

Sawtry is a medium-sized village and has comprehensive and junior schools and a modest range of community and retail facilities. The site is a five-minute walk from the village centre and six miles from Huntingdon.
