We may disclose the information you provide to our service providers and agents for these purposes. We will use the new prospective occupier’s details only to invite them to view our properties and enter into discussions with us.

This offer does not apply in respect of an existing occupier nor an occupier with whom we have already entered negotiations either directly or through an agent.
This offer only applies in respect of referrals which are made by 30 June 2010 which result in a new occupier entering into a binding unconditional contract for a qualifying purchase or a qualifying lease of a property within 12 months of the date of the referral.
For the avoidance of doubt:
6.1
any referral made after 30 June 20109 will not qualify for the incentive.
6.2
any sale or lease entered into more than 12 months after the date of the referral will not qualify for the incentive.
6.3
a “qualifying purchase” means the purchase of a unit with an area of 2000 square feet or more.
6.4
a “qualifying lease” means a lease of a unit with an area of 2000 square feet or more for a term certain of 3 years or more.
In the event that a new occupier is referred by more than one person or company then any incentive due will be for the benefit of the person or the company who made the referral first in time. Such decision shall be at the absolute discretion of Gladman Developments Limited.
Employees of Gladman Developments Limited or any Gladman group company/agents employed by Gladman Developments Limited or any Gladman group company and the families of employees and agents are not eligible for this offer.
A successful referrer will be able to choose either:
9.1
a cash incentive of £10,000; or
9.2
a new Mini One (subject to additional conditions)
Additional conditions relating to the Mini One:
10.1
the Mini One will be a manual right hand drive Mini One not necessarily of the colour shown in the promotional illustration and is inclusive of first registration, 12 months road fund licence and number plates.
10.2
the Mini One will be to the standard entry level Mini One specification and no extras or options will be provided.
10.3
the successful referrer may choose the colour (subject to availability) from the standard entry level colours offered with a Mini One.
10.4
the Mini One may come with delivery mileage.
10.5
the timing of availability of the Mini One will be subject to the manufacturer’s delivery timescales at the date an order is placed.
10.6
once a successful referrer has chosen to have a Mini One they cannot subsequently opt for the cash alternative.
10.7
the successful referrer will be responsible for collecting the Mini One from the relevant supplier which will be at an address in the United Kingdom.
10.8
not included with the Mini One offer
10.8.1
insurance, which will be the responsibility of the successful referrer;
10.8.2
petrol
10.9
to opt for the Mini One the successful referrer must be over 18 years of age and hold a full valid driving licence at the time of choosing to take the Mini One.
10.10
prior to taking delivery of the Mini One the successful referrer must
10.10.1
produce their full valid driving licence;
10.10.2
produce evidence of their insurance
10.11
failure to provide the details required under condition 10.10 will result in the offer being withdrawn.
