Following an approach to FLP regarding 11 acres of greenfield land on the edge of a village settlement in Cheshire, two meetings took place and terms were agreed for a Promotion Agreement to be instructed. A relatively straight forward legal process ensued and shortly thereafter the Promotion Agreement was executed.
