Tim Dean
Planning and Development Manager
Tim joined Gladman in 2007 as Planning and Development Manager. He was previously Director of Planning and Development at CB Richard Ellis North West, where his role encompassed leading on a wide range of strategic developments opportunities, portfolio disposals and detailed planning advice.
He holds a Masters Degree in Town & Regional Planning and is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Previously Tim gained over 12 years experience in local government, latterly as Deputy Head of Development Control in North Staffordshire.
Tim’s leisure activities include tennis, cycling, walking and skiing.
