Land Manager
Phil joined Gladman in June 2007 as Regional Land Manager for Adlington with a remit to acquire land for our luxury apartments with care for the over 55s. He previously held senior positions with the PJ Livesey Group and Persimmon Homes and was prior to joining Gladman, was Senior Land Manager for Barratt Homes where his role included identifying and acquiring Brownfield sites for the company and leading a team of Land Buyers and Managers responsible for the acquisition of 1500 dwellings per year!
With over 12 years industry experience, Phil is responsible for sourcing sites for Adlington in sought after residential locations and dealing with all aspects of the development process from conception to completion.
Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his partner Heather and his 7 year old son Callum both of whom keep him firmly on his feet! He is also an avid Manchester United fan and enjoys watching the Reds on a Saturday afternoon followed by a nice glass of Red on a Saturday night!
