Project Manager

Dean joined the Gladman team in February 2007. In addition to his role as Project Manager for Gladman Developments, he also works alongside Adlington Estates to help secure new development opportunities within the retirement homes sector.

Dean’s career spans some 18 years in the development industry. He has spent time in general practice architecture, but has worked mainly within the private housing sector where he was previously Planning Manager for Crosby Homes (NW) Ltd.

When not working, Dean enjoys squash, swimming, entertaining his young son and imitating Kevin McCloud with his home improvements.
