Alan Cunningham

Projects Manager

Alan joined the Gladman's Scottish office in November 2007, from Turner and Townsend Project Management. Alan has over 13 years' construction experience, spanning contracting, consulting and project management organisations.

Alan's key areas of expertise are assessing requirements and developing efficient infrastructure solutions for sites, from feasibility stage through master plan to the implementation phase.

Since joining Gladman, Alan has been involved in all stages of the development process of Office Parks, from feasibility through Planning and Building Control, to handover of completed units, on schemes throughout Scotland. Alan also acts as photographer for the promotional shots of the business parks.

Away from the office, Alan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and participating in most forms of outdoor sports, particularly hill walking, running, cycling and ski-ing.
