Fibre Photonics has leased a 2,000 sq ft building on a 5 year deal.
Eliburn Office Park is located at Appleton Parkway close to J3A of the M8. The first phase of development has been completed with Gladman, Provident Financial Services and Fibre Photonics in occupation. In addition land has been sold on site for the development of a church. The area has already proved popular with occupiers including Gen-Probe, Atos Origin and Shin Etsu.
Currently available on site: Unit 1 (Ground Floor) 2,500 sq ft and Unit 2 (First Floor) 1,185 sq ft.

Gladman Developments, the owners of Dundee Business Park, on the former 10 acre Valentine's factory fronting Dundee's Kingsway, has now completed its consultations with the local community for this mixed use development.
The plans include the construction of a further 13 office pavilions providing 30,000 sqft of office space in addition to the four existing pavilions currently completed. The rest of the site is for a proposed mixed use development consisting of a 20,000 sqft cash and carry, 33,500 sqft of showrooms and associated autocare services plus a four storey 95 bed hotel with associated restaurant/pub facilities.
