Gladman has launched a brand new service for our customers. We can now offer a 'one stop shop' for all fit-out needs, from just a few partitions to a fully furnished turn-key package.

After all . . .

... no-one knows a Gladman building better than Gladman.

The service is headed by Mike Sowerby, based at Gladman's head office in Congleton. Mike explained that our familiarity with our own buildings means we can be highly competitive on costs. We can also ensure continuity of guarantees and warranties offered on the building structure and fittings.

The new service is off to a great start, with a contract secured with Staffordshire Police Authority to advise on the layout and design and to carry out the fit-out of their new headquarters buildings at Lanchester Court, Staffordshire Technology Park.

We have also undertaken fit-outs for United Business Centres, who have opened eight 10,000 sq ft units at various Gladman business parks throughout England. The fit-outs have created a cellular office layout, allowing the space to be let as serviced office accommodation.

Gladman's development at Ramparts Business Park at Berwick-upon-Tweed is soon to be home to Three Rivers Housing Association, as we are imminently to complete the fit-out of a 6,000 sq ft facility for their occupation. Read more about our fit-out services by clicking here
