Seven new business centres are to be set up at sites across the UK following the recently-announced joint venture between Gladman Developments and United Business Centres plc (UBC), the fast-growing serviced office provider. Plans for new business centres in Liverpool and Stafford have been followed by news that additional centres will be opened in Newark, Tewkesbury, Oldham, Northumberland and Wakefield.

The arrangement will provide an entry-level option to Gladman’s office developments, creating a ‘seedbed’ for new tenants as they expand and consider leasing or purchasing other units on the same scheme.
