Sites required

Gladman Developments are continually seeking to acquire more land for commercial developments throughout the UK.

Warehouse site requirements

Sites of 15+ acres allocated for employment purposes in strategic locations with good supporting demographics. Must have excellent road links to motorway network.

Office site requirements

Sites of 2+ acres on business and industrial parks, mixed-use developments and edge-of-town locations. Good road and public transport links necessary.

Adlington site requirements

Minimum 0.75 acre that could accommodate a 3 – 4 storey purpose built development.
Within 500 meters (maximum) walking distance of a good range of shops and other ameneties.
Sites within a village / town centre location preferred but not essential.
Prominent street / main road frontage preferred.
