Gladman’s business model at Abercrombie Court is based on providing a variety of buildings from 1-25,000 sq ft. This has been fundamental to their success and occupiers now include Northern Offshore, Kongsberg, Abermed, NCS Survey, Rignet, Jee Ltd, Anixter and G5 Technologies.

5 of the investments have been marketed and each sold quickly to private investors who have been attracted by the overall quality of the product – investors like the location, the quality of the buildings and the tenants that have been attracted to the development.
