Gladman Developments, owners of the 17 acre Eliburn Business Park site, has announced proposals to submit a revised planning application. This mixed use application includes:

• Office Development
• Industrial Development
• Residential Development
• Community Use

This mixed use development offers the opportunity to provide essential services within Eliburn and we are looking for suggestions on what you want to see on the site.
