Gladman has been responsible for the design and development of some 40 luxury purpose-built care homes across the country. Gladman has retained a small number of these care homes, which are managed and maintained by Gladman Care Homes. The vast majority were constructed as 'turn key' solutions for the major operators within this sector. Gladman’s emphasis on quality design, construction and finishing has been a major part of the success of the care homes - this philosophy has since been carried forward into the office and industrial products.
